OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Llamawise. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Llamawise. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All products sold by Llamawise are made-to-order. Production begins only after an order is placed. Because items are custom-printed specifically for you, we do not maintain a physical inventory, and all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT REPRESENTATION (MOCKUPS)
We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical print. Minor variations in print placement and color saturation are inherent to the printing process.

SECTION 3 - THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT
You acknowledge that your order is fulfilled by third-party printing partners. Llamawise is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or manufacturing backups during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate shipping information. Llamawise is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the sender due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Llamawise. Any unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
